Thortek produced a Double Paddle / Double Folding Machine and an integrated Conveyor for a medical garment factory. The two machines routed anti-embolism socks of various lengths through a logo printer before folding each pair twice and dropping them into a bagging machine. The completely pneumatic folding machine accommodates socks of four different sizes.
To curb cost for the customer, Thortek was able to utilize various portions of the existing machinery to eliminate a labor-intensive task.
