Thortek is best described as an inventions warehouse. Our research and development projects run through a whole range of different technologies from power and energy, construction, manufacturing, automotive, military, and aerospace industries. This allows us to be especially nimble when approaching and pursuing new concepts. Being a company with such a broad range of experience we are able to combine different technologies for a much more efficient, powerful, or practical design. We use some of the latest design technologies to assist with the visualization and analysis of the concepts being developed. A whole range of different software and services are utilized throughout the design process. 3-Dimensional modeling, model simulation and animation, FEA analysis, rapid prototyping streamline our approach to the wide variety of complicated projects we are working on at any one time. Thortek also utilizes its partnerships with various universities to diversify and enhance our capabilities during the design process.
